Project Background

Hebei Province is one of the main broiler production bases in my country, but there are many problems in the traditional breeding model, such as low breeding efficiency, high labor costs, and high risk of disease transmission. In order to meet these challenges, a breeding company decided to invest in the introduction of automated broiler cage equipment to improve breeding efficiency and economic benefits.

Project Implementation

The implementation of the project is divided into several main phases:

Market research and demand analysis: The company first conducted an in-depth research on the broiler farming market to understand the market demand for automation equipment, technological development trends and the situation of competitors, thereby clarifying the investment direction.

Equipment selection and purchase: After inspecting and comparing multiple suppliers, we chose Sdeley breeding equipment manufacturer and purchased a complete broiler cage system. This system includes automatic drinking water, automatic feeding, environmental monitoring and manure cleaning systems.

Site renovation and system installation: After the equipment arrived, the company renovated the existing farm to ensure the smooth installation and operation of the automation equipment. Professional technicians quickly and efficiently completed the installation and commissioning of the equipment and conducted system testing.

Personnel training and system launch: After the project was implemented, the company conducted technical training for relevant operators to enable them to master the operation procedures and maintenance knowledge of automation equipment. Subsequently, the system was officially launched and put into actual operation.
